This custom home in the Wildriver neighborhood near Pringle Falls was designed with framing efficiency in mind, based on a previous 3BR, 2BA floorplan originally designed by Tim Nolte, but tailored to fit the couple’s specific needs. Chris put his craftsmanship on full display, creating stunning custom woodwork throughout—T&G ceilings in the great room, wood trim and casings, mirror frames, a log front porch, and a reclaimed barn wood mantle. He completed many aspects of the build himself, from excavation and framing to flooring, tile, and painting—truly a labor of love.

The clients made all the interior finish selections, including a unique industrial sink and sleek porcelain countertops in the kitchen. To accommodate their four dogs, they chose durable LVP flooring throughout. Cabinets were crafted by Brian’s Cabinets in Bend, rounding out a home that’s as beautiful as it is functional.
